The Board indicated it expects to have a contract with National Testing Network ready for City Council approval at the April 14, 2026 meeting. City Attorney Melissa Wolf and Police Chief Tony Peluso are scheduled to present proposed hiring changes to the Committee of the Whole on March 24 and to the full Council on April 14; if Council approval follows, the Board expects the new online application portal to open on May 20, 2026.
