Weatherford ISD board recognizes Tarrant County 4‑H as extracurricular organization
On Sept. 8, 2025, the Weatherford ISD Board of Trustees unanimously approved a resolution recognizing the Tarrant Texas 4‑H Organization as eligible for extracurricular status under 19 Texas Administrative Code, Chapter 76.1, and designated local AgriLife Extension agents as adjunct faculty for 2025–26.

The Weatherford Independent School District Board of Trustees voted unanimously Sept. 8, 2025, to adopt a resolution recognizing the Tarrant Texas 4‑H Organization for extracurricular status under 19 Texas Administrative Code, Chapter 76.1. The motion was made by Trustee Brian Catlin and seconded by Trustee Kindra Lucia; all seven voting members recorded yes.
