Staff member told the commission the item was posted as a 'Madison County Brownfields cleanup scope of work update' and that consultants provided a revised spreadsheet but did not attend the meeting to explain changes. "They sent over a revised spreadsheet to discuss that project," the Staff member said, urging staff to re-invite the consultant so the team can understand scope expansion and the county’s potential financial commitment.
