Emily, representing city staff, presented Plat 2026156 P (Tradewind Square Unit 8), describing it as a residential replat in the vicinity of Hornady Street and Locker Street and saying the update reflects FEMA’s recent mapping action. "This plat is for the purpose of updating the flood hazard area on the plat after the recent approval of a letter of map revision by FEMA," she said.
