County Planner Cody Marxer presented the Material Change Determination for the Amended Plat of the JDL Minor Subdivision, asking whether the boundary-line adjustment qualified to be processed as an exempt amended plat. The Board determined the adjustment met the exemption criteria and voted to approve processing the amended plat as exempt from a full subdivision review.
