Assistant Superintendent Tiffany Whitsel presented the district's Annual Discipline Report and also updated the board on Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) progress. Whitsel explained TIA's purpose: recognizing, recruiting and rewarding teacher excellence and described Phase 1 and Phase 2 eligible groups, timelines, challenges and planned allocations under HB3.
