At its Feb. 24, 2025 regular meeting, the Ropes Independent School District Board of Trustees approved an Agreement for Services with KWA Engineering for professional services. Trustee Donnie Halpain moved to approve the agreement and Trustee Tysen Mortensen seconded; the motion passed unanimously, 7–0.
