Comal County Commissioners approved final platting to vacate and replat Lot 33F and Lot 34R in Emerald Valley Subdivision at the Dec. 4 meeting. County staff explained the property owners sought to adjust a property line and that an amending plat was not possible because the lots had been previously vacated; staff recommended approval.
