Pursuant to the agenda the board adjourned to executive session at 7:59 p.m. on Oct. 21 under Texas Government Code sections listed on the agenda for consultation with counsel and personnel discussion. After reconvening in open session at 8:21 p.m., the board moved to approve a professional resignation that had been discussed in executive session; the motion to approve the resignation was made by Trustee Rachel Olivarez, seconded by Trustee Mark Chairez and carried by a 5‑0 vote.
