Trustees voted unanimously on two action items during the Oct. 21 meeting. The board approved proceeding with renovations to the board room at the high school (motion by Rachel Olivarez, second by Mark Chairez) and separately approved payment of an RGV Vocational Services invoice consistent with a previously approved memorandum of understanding (motion by Rachel Olivarez, second by Juan M. Perez). Both motions were recorded as carrying 5‑0.
