Chair presented Resolution 31 to authorize an agreement with the Capital District Transportation Authority (CDTA) to continue universal transit access for city employees and council members. The measure was described as a renewal of last year's arrangement: "We became a universal access employer, and all our city employees and council members and everyone gets a bus pass," the chair said.
