Comal County approves final change orders for Public Health EOC and elevator communications

Comal County staff told the court the Public Health Emergency Operations Center project is nearing completion but requires several final changes. Staff recommended approving Change Order No. 38 for $46,392 to cover updated camera equipment (specified units reached end of life), relocation of an elevator generator enunciator panel to a more visible location, required handrails on a sloped sidewalk, and a lighting fixture conflict in cot storage.
