The Village of Maybrook Board of Trustees adopted local laws on April 14, 2025, to annex the Rakov property into the village and to rezone parcel 106-1-1.2 from R8 to R4. Kelly advised the board that the Village received a GML 239 local determination, and the board moved to adopt the zoning amendment and annexation by recorded motions; both passed 5 ayes, 0 nays.
