Maybrook board adopts resolution to annex Rakov parcel
The Village of Maybrook Board adopted a resolution finding annexation of a parcel owned by Theresa Rakov, Kathryn L. Van Patten and Lisa St. John to be in the public interest; the vote was 4-0. A public hearing and environmental-review step are scheduled next month as part of the zoning change process.

The Village of Maybrook Board of Trustees voted to adopt a resolution of findings and order in favor of annexing a parcel from Theresa Rakov, Kathryn L. Van Patten and Lisa St. John into the village. Attorney K. Naughton provided the Board with the resolution language and described the step as determining the annexation is in the overall public interest.
