Trustees assign SCAD votes to Mike Ward and Will Collier

The Snyder ISD Board of Trustees voted Nov. 11 to assign its Scurry County Appraisal District (SCAD) votes to two named individuals for the SCAD Board of Directors election.
Doug Neff moved to assign 852.145 votes to Mike Ward and 852.145 votes to Will Collier; Chad Arnwine seconded the motion. The board recorded unanimous approval of the assignment.
The motion records the district’s allocation of its weighted votes in the SCAD director election; the minutes do not include statements from Ward or Collier and do not record whether either appointee was present at the meeting.
