Member of the public Rene Ranel spoke during the meeting's public-comment period and urged trustees to develop a clear plan for where Barrera Elementary will be housed while piping-system repairs are completed. The transcript records his comment: "Mr. Rene Ranel stated that the Board needs to have a game plan as to where they will house the Barrera Elementary once they began the process for the piping system that needs to be completed at Barrera Elementary."
