Comal County approves multiple plats and construction bonds for subdivisions
The commissioners approved a plat amendment at Mystic Shores, accepted several construction bonds and a final plat for Silverleaf Condominiums with OSSF sewer plans; staff recommended approval for each item.

County planning staff recommended and the court approved several plats and bonds at the Dec. 18 meeting, including an amendment to the Peninsula at Mystic Shores (combining Lots 646 and 647 into Lot 646R), acceptance of bonds for Viramindi and Kenwood Unit 4, a continuation certificate for Steelwood Trail Unit 4, and final plat approval for Silverleaf Condominiums.
