The board adjourned into executive session at 8:38 p.m. under Texas Government Code Sections 551.071, 551.072, 551.074 and 551.082 to consult with legal counsel and discuss personnel matters. After reconvening at 9:19 p.m., Board President Kelly R. Ballin recorded a motion by Juan M. Perez, seconded by Alissa Perez, to approve the professional recommendations and resignations that were discussed in executive session; the motion carried 6‑0.
