Clerk read a written statement to the Sheldon City Council from Mitch Geith withdrawing his complaint to the Iowa Public Information Board (IPB), saying he had been given inaccurate information and that he "would like to state on the record that I was assured multiple times" information was accurate. The letter said Geith regretted that the complaint became a public story and concluded, "Sincerely, Mitch Geith."
