River Ridge authorizes RG Architects subconsultant agreement and advances gatehouse redesign
The board authorized Bowman to retain RG Architects, P.A. as a subconsultant for redesign of two gatehouses and agreed to book the $62,500 fee as a reimbursable deferred cost; design and permitting are estimated at 12–18 months with construction planned for 2026.

Eric Long presented RG Architects' fee proposal to redesign two gatehouses and related monuments. The board discussed zoning, elevations, and the need for a new elevation certificate; Mr. Long said the main gate requires redesign because of repeated vehicle strikes. The board authorized Bowman to retain RG as a subconsultant and authorized the chair to execute documents after counsel and manager review.
