The River Ridge Community Development District appointed resident Keith Merrill to the vacant Seat 1 (term through Nov. 2026). Mrs. Adams administered the Oath of Office and staff reviewed ethics, Form 1, Sunshine Law and disclosure requirements.

The River Ridge Community Development District on Oct. 22 appointed Keith Merrill to fill the unexpired Seat 1, a term that runs through November 2026. Bob Schultz, the board chair, nominated Merrill and the motion carried "with all in favor." Mrs. Adams, a state notary, then administered the Oath of Office.
