Mayor Davy said the administration and council will create an implementation plan that incorporates Master Plan action items, assigns priority levels and responsibilities, and seeks input from Pennington’s boards and commissions. He said staff and council will work to operationalize the Master Plan through targeted steps.
On redevelopment, Mayor Davy said the borough and developers will schedule portions of work sessions to hear one developer presentation at a time for each proposed concept, and that discussions will address stormwater management regulations and standards, zoning-overlay consistency, pedestrian safety, ingress/egress, impervious surface, traffic flow and wastewater/fire suppression.
