Commission denies Conditional Use Permit for Lopez property at 105 Mustang Drive

The Unified Government of Cusseta–Chattahoochee County Board of Commissioners voted unanimously on Dec. 3, 2024, to deny a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) requested by the Lopez family to replace an existing 1990 mobile home with a new manufactured home at 105 Mustang Drive. Commissioner Timothy Biddle moved to deny the CUP and Commissioner Gerald Douglas seconded; all present commissioners voted yes and Commissioner Damon Hoyte was recorded absent.
