Corey reported that the Board of County Commissioners held a special meeting on May 11 to hear appeals of planning decisions, including a conditional-use permit in Ruby Valley for the Harmons parcel and an appeal concerning a Modern Lands private ski-resort project. The County Commission upheld the Planning Commission’s decisions but made limited modifications to conditions.
