DCS engineering report: Maggie Creek improvements complete; Grindstone foundation permit expected soon
DCS reported Maggie Creek Ranch work and Grandstone Road improvements are complete, Ruby Vista paving and survey work are progressing, foundation plans for Grindstone have been submitted and staff expect the county permit in the near future.

Mike Murphy of DCS briefed the board on recent engineering and site work. He reported the Maggie Creek Ranch improvements coordinated on Grandstone Road are complete and gates will be installed by the ranch; he also said Ruby Vista survey work and paving design are advancing and that a permit for Grindstone foundations is expected very soon after minor plan-review items are addressed.
