Council approves multiple additional appropriations and fund transfers after public hearing

The president read the first request as "a coroner's office request for a cent transfer of $62,000," which was moved, seconded and approved. Council subsequently approved a request labeled Billings Ground for personal relocation of $2,050,000, an ISSD request for $60,800, a surveyor office transfer of $10,955 and a health department request for $7,810, among others; motions for each item were moved, seconded and approved on the record.
Council also consolidated and approved four grant requests and completed approvals on various fund transfers (including motor vehicle and public defenders funds). The president closed the public hearing after the appropriations and transfers were passed.
