Staff presented a proposed calendar covering six regular meetings for the upcoming year and trustees approved it. "We meet every other month, on the 4th Tuesday of the month," staff (S4) said while reading the proposed dates: Sept. 22 and Nov. 24 (2026); Jan. 26, Mar. 23, May 25, and July 27 (2027). A trustee moved to approve the dates as placed on the record and the motion carried by voice vote.
