The board also passed Resolution No. 26-216, which lists multiple vendor payments across funds; the general fund payments include items such as $3,500 for professional services to Carinci-Morris Tina and $7,037.50 for polling place rents and services. Motion and second votes were recorded for each action; the roll calls show unanimous approval (Ayes: Moore, Gallagher & Riddell; Nays: None).
The board approved procurement actions under Resolution No. 26-214 that amend or create purchase orders, including a $73,707 amendment for road salt for the Engineer's office, a sponsorship for a Discover Aviation air and car show ($63,680), and other departmental requisitions. These decisions were presented as routine fiscal and operational business and carried by unanimous vote.
