Chair Caswell announced that the subcommittee will reconvene on April 2, 2025, for additional deliberations on possible changes to the CEP program. Commissioners proposed gathering written suggestions by email ahead of the next meeting so members arrive prepared with concrete recommendations for a draft resolution.
