The mayor presented Resolution No. 260805-8 to appoint an authorized agent to act on behalf of the village for the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund (IMRF). The mayor said the resolution is prompted by IMRF requirements that a participating employer appoint one authorized agent to administer its participation and related benefits; a trustee moved, another seconded, and the board approved the resolution by roll call.
