Director Kent Wallen gave the planning board a brief update on two items from the prior meeting: the water‑supply plan and the Coast Logistics major site plan. He said the water‑supply plan could not be advertised in time for the July 8 City Commission agenda and is now expected to appear on the Commission's Aug. 26 agenda.
Wallen told the board that the Coast Logistics major site plan was approved by the City Commission on July 8 and will proceed through permitting, with potential permitting activity over the coming months. "The Coast Logistics, major site plan was approved at the July 8 city commission meeting," he said, and staff expect permitting to occur in the coming months.
