At the Sept. 16 meeting the council waived the two-reading rule and adopted Ordinance No. 2024-032 "Authorizing the Village Manager to Enter into a Contract with Choice One Engineering for Professional Services Related to the Well 10 Water Line Extension Project as an Emergency." The motions to waive and to adopt passed on roll call, each recorded as 6 yeas.
