Staff also presented a new pre-inspection checklist to distribute to new establishments and proposed edits to the agent application form, including removing highlighted sections, clarifying that bakery inspection fees are $100 and adding applicant signature verbiage and license nontransferability. Those operational changes were approved by voice vote.
