The director presented a 63-page agent program policy update and asked the board to approve a change that adds administrative-coordinator authority to coordinate complex enforcement decisions. Staff said the updated enforcement wording (adding 'and/or' in specified sections) will help staff make timely decisions for priority violations; the board moved, seconded and approved the change.
