Tom Bitters was elected chair of the Oconto County Department of Health and Human Services Board at the board's May 6, 2026 meeting after being nominated and approved by a motion from Elmer Ragen, seconded by Kathy Gohr. The board held the election at the start of its regular meeting, which Scott Shackelford called to order at 9:02 a.m.
