The board approved a newly revised policy and procedure governing county water-bacteria testing after staff described a condensed, more user-friendly document and updated quality-control steps. The director asked for a motion: "So I would need a motion to approve the new, water bacteria policy." A motion and second were called and the vote was carried by voice: "All the same side, motion carried."
