The director told the board the county's COVID immunization reimbursement fund is currently in limbo after a judge blocked access tied to a broader legal challenge: "A judge blocked that order," she said, explaining that roughly 31 states filed suit and Wisconsin was among them to challenge federal direction on reallocating those funds.
