The board conducted an extended discussion of proposed zoning changes to front‑yard parking and temporary parking rules. Staff presented draft language that would prohibit parking within a portion of a driveway within 10 feet of the street and would continue to regulate overnight on‑street parking by street designation. “No motor vehicle shall be parked or permanently stored within the portion of a driveway located within 10 feet of the edge of the cartway of a public street,” staff read from the draft.
