County planning staff told the Board of Adjustment on June 18 that updates to zoning statutes and ordinances are under consideration, including a change to how structure height is measured for features beyond 75 feet of the ordinary high water mark. Karl Jennrich, Director of Planning and Zoning, "explained general process for Petition for Writ of Certiorari filings that appeal Board of Adjustment decisions," and Todd Troskey provided clarification about the proposed measurement approach.
