Keith Fergusson attended the Dec. 12 meeting to present pricing for a cloud-based permitting service intended to support town code enforcement. Fergusson proposed that the Town share the cost with three other municipalities he serves to lower the Town's portion; the board chose to table the proposal until Fergusson obtains commitments from the other offices.
The minutes record that Fergusson will be appointed as Code Officer beginning in January, and the board did not take further action on vendor selection or contract terms at this meeting.
