During the Oct. 7 meeting the board reviewed submitted quotes for box culverts from Cemcast ($79,500), Oldcastle Infrastructure ($83,055.34) and Rinker Materials ($54,000). The board voted to accept Rinker Materials' $54,000 quote; the motion was moved by Vanden Hull, seconded by Thomas, and carried by all ayes.
