On Oct. 7, 2025, the O'Brien County Board of Supervisors authorized the Chair to sign two contracts with R1 Excavating for flood-related bridge repairs: $165,097.67 for the I-12 bridge and $91,796.25 for the P-5 bridge. The motions to authorize the contracts were moved and seconded by board members and carried by the board.
