Kay County reports post-flood road and culvert repairs across districts
Commissioners reported ongoing road maintenance work: culvert installation, grading, mowing and hauling rock, plus installations of specified culverts and shale/rock hauling to multiple roads to repair damage from June flooding.

Commissioner Jason Shanks reported that his crews are installing culverts, grading roads, mowing rights-of-way, hauling rock, and that Evans & Associates continues work on Peckham Road. Chairman Jeff Kreger reported crews are repairing roads and culverts damaged by June flooding, hauling shale and rock across the district, and installing a new culvert on Coleman Road between 60th Street and 76th Street and another at Brake Road and 124th Street.
