The Board of Zoning Appeals voted unanimously to approve a rear-setback reduction for a house proposed at 2402 Autry Street. Staff identified the request as a setback reduction from 25 feet to 20.75 feet (BZA 26-41) in an RN-1.5 zoning district. Applicant Jimmy Ovando said the planned home would be "1,134 square feet," described the lot's irregular shape as the hardship and provided a site plan; no neighbors spoke in opposition during the hearing.
