The amendment also extends the superintendent’s contract through June 30, 2027, and specifies that the superintendent will work 222 days during each fiscal year (excluding district holidays, Saturdays and Sundays). The Board President/negotiator introduced the amendment, noting that the percentage increases are commensurate with increases available to certificated personnel who are CalSTRS members in the district. No members voted against or abstained.
