Council approves $1.68 million GMP amendment for Public Works campus
Council approved an amendment to the CMAR agreement with Donlinger and Sons that establishes a guaranteed maximum price of $1,682,989 for two pre-engineered Public Works campus buildings and related preconstruction services; staff said the amounts are within the bond budget and the remainder of the GMP will be brought back in 30-45 days.
