On second reading the board approved updates to BP 0510 (School Accountability Report Card), BP/AR 5144.1 and AR 5144.2 (Suspension and Expulsion/Due Process), BP 5147 (Dropout Prevention) and Board Bylaw 9010 (Public Statements). The changes were approved by unanimous voice vote.

The Maple School District Board approved a package of updated board policies and administrative regulations on second reading during the Dec. 12 meeting. The items listed on the agenda included BP 0510 (School Accountability Report Card), BP/AR 5144.1 and AR 5144.2 (Suspension and Expulsion/Due Process, including students with disabilities), BP 5147 (Dropout Prevention) and Board Bylaw 9010 (Public Statements).
