Director to circulate draft contracts to partner boards, return for formal approval if signed
Rather than take an immediate vote, the director will send proposed contracts to Boundary County, Lincoln County (Mont.) and the Kootenai Tribe for signature and will place finalized agreements on the business meeting agenda for formal action if partners sign.

The director told commissioners she wanted board input on the recommended rates before circulating drafts to partner jurisdictions and said she will send the contracts to the other administrators for signatures. If partner boards sign the drafts, she will return the documents to the Bonner County business meeting for the commissioners to finalize by motion and signature.
