Board hears options from consultants on implementing fire/EMS study; interim chief role discussed

Board members did not make a formal motion to authorize a consultant task order but directed staff to provide a timeline and cost estimate for interim-chief support and for the consultant to return with recommended implementation steps at the June meeting.
