Town manager (Speaker 1) reported multiple infrastructure and grant updates, telling council the town is working with VDOT on wayfinding signage, has a new dark-sky-compliant streetlight, and is repairing King Street after a water-valve incident that damaged pavement. He said crews installed 470 feet of C900 waterline and put a grinder pump in the welcome center’s sewer line.
