County staff summarized proposals for the employee assistance program (EAP) and a first‑responder assistance program (FRAP). Staff told the board Accenture/Ascentra's pricing was $1.94 per employee per month for three‑session EAP, while the recommended vendor ('my group') offered lower cost and more FRAP sessions. Staff recommended not renewing with Accenture and switching to the new vendor effective Sept. 1, 2026. As staff stated, "My recommendation is that we do not renew with Accenture, and we switch our services to my group effective 09/01/2026." (transcript).
